How it works
1. Book your appointment
Visit us in store for a personal 1 to 1 appointment.
2. Meet your stylist
During your appointment, your styling specialist will take the time to understand the look and garments you desire. You'll be offered a selection of cloths that will suit you and shown our full range of customisations.
3. Get measured
We will take over 30 measurements and have you try on our fitting garments to ensure the perfect fit.
4. Delivery
Approximately 3-5 weeks after your appointment, your garments will be ready for you to try on in-store. We will make any final tweaks with our in-house tailor to ensure you are happy with your perfect fit.
MADE-TO-MEASURE
When you purchase one of our made-to-measure garments, our tailoring specialists will take precise measurements to ensure the perfect fit. You'll be fitted into a selection of our fitting garments to further refine the fit.
Each of our made-to-measure garments is fully customisable. You can choose your cloth, lining, pocket positioning, buttons, a personalised monogram, and many more styling details.
Our specialists will advise you on the type of construction for your jacket to ensure the cloth drapes perfectly for your body shape. We offer two shoulder styles: a lightly padded shoulder for more formal tailoring and a soft shoulder for a more casual look. Our team will discuss which construction will work best for you during your initial consultation.
